Twenty-six
middle school campers explored the world of Photonics discovering
the color spectrum, lasers, florescence, and much more by engaging in various
activities during the Light and Laser camp hosted by Tri-County Technical
College, SC. Young science explorers built ultraviolet flashlights, used
multiple colors to produce white light, measured the width of their hair with a
laser, and used ultraviolet flashlights to uncover clues to puzzles. The camp concluded with a laser show produced
by the campers.
