Jobs

Prepare for your gainful employment early! While in college, seek help from your career and transition centers, program advisors, and faculty members. They will help you get ready with the creation of a strong resume, development of interviewing skills that will highlight your accomplishments, and access to multiple job banks. Consider attending several sessions of mock interviews to ensure your career implementation plan is in action!

With the current employment market trends, you will need to have at least 2 forms of resumes: an electronic document developed in Word and an online profile with LinkedIn.  In addition, large scale companies maintain their own web-based job platforms and accept applications only through them. Take a moment and develop a web-based profile with these companies as well.
